Sponge scourers should be cleaned after every use. To do this, thoroughly rinse them with hot water and leave to dry. To disinfect your sponges, dilute a small quantity of bleach with hot water and leave the sponges to soak for 5-10 minutes. Once soaked, rinse the sponges with water and leave to dry.
